I had problems with the delivery of my upgrade, spoke to customer service who sorted and sent another phone to be delivered, no confirmation email or tracking number provided
Rang customer service again and they said the day it would be delivered and that I would receive a message from DPD on the day of delivery
This has not happened and the DPD app is still showing no delivery. What do I do? Will likely miss parcel as have to go to work and was hoping to change delivery to pick up from local shop

@Lauren620 If DPD have a delivery for you they text/email you on the day of delivery and it’s usually before 11am to give you a rough time slot.

This hasn't happened, I rang and spoke to customer service yesterday saying it was out for delivery for Saturday 02/01/2021 and I have received a notification from DPD

So DPD apparently attempted to deliver, they did not send me a notification and now Will have to wait another week before receiving my parcel as had no tracking information and no updates or notification, very frustrated

DPD also won't allow me to have it delivered to a pick up shop, saying that EE won't allow this to happen, have spoken to customer service with EE and they have said I can have it redelivered to a pick up shop, not sure who is wrong or right and really frustrated now

I think you have to choose to deliver to store on the original order. I'm not sure that you can choose this option for re-delivery.
Have DPD been back in touch to let you know when they'll attempt to redeliver?

When I completed the order they said they have to order it and then I could change delivery destination, however did not receive notification from DPD. They can only redeliver Saturday, so I will just have to wait another week to get my phone which is fine
