No tariffs on upgrade page

Looking at possibly doing an early upgrade. When I select any handset there are no tarrifs? Just a box that says sorry Jim there are no suitable tarrifs at this time. Please select something else. If you select another phone I just get the same message.

I'm sorry to hear this is happening.

 

I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team so they can check your account and also see what offers are available for you.
