No sign of my order

  • I ordered the fitbit versa 2 10 days ago but I haven't received a confirmation email or any text messages to say that my order has been despatched.

Did the Fitbit show in stock when you placed the order?

Hello,

It was in stock and took me through the checkout page and even gave me my
order number but no money was taken out of my account which Is why i
thought it was strange so i waited a week or so expecting it might show on
my next phone bill but never did.
