No replacement SIM

How long does it take to receive a replacement SIM, my phone was stolen on 21/11/20 and EE said they would send out a replacement SIM for me. I still haven't received this, how long will I be waiting

@da_costa666   You should of had this by now,  I would call customer services to request a new one sent.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Haven't had access to a phone to ring them still not received SIM
