Hello, I ordered a 'Good as new' Samsung S20FE in White last Thursday, paid £30 upfront and showed as in stock. Received order confirmation and order tracking number but it does not allow me to track it when i use the tracker... when can i expect my order to be dispatched/delivered please? I cannot use online chat as i am new to EE so have no mobile number that exists on EE, just the number i wish to transfer via PAC code i gave at time of ordering. I am concerned as I move house on 11th December and I understand delivery address cannot be changed after an order is placed!

I would, but I am at work and do not have the opportunity to sit on hold for ages. I need an online update ideally as I work shifts and very long hours. The online chat would be ideal but without an EE mobile number I cannot use that. Thanks though.
