No order number?

Ordered my upgrade yesterday around 5pm and was told I’d receive the phone today (27th) however I still haven’t got an email/text with a order/tracking number yet like I was told - just a confirmation of my new plan. When will I receive an order number?

You will receive confirmation when your order is processed. Try looking in your junk/spam email folders for any emails.

Just to add, once we have received your items from the manufacturer, we do our best to get them out to you within 24 hours via our delivery partner DPD.

 

You’ll receive a text from DPD to tell you it’s on the way the day before your delivery.
