No order number, no tracking, no update...

I ordered an iPhone 12 Pro a few days ago with the estimated delivery date of 2 Feb. I got a confirmation email about the order, giving plan details etc, but no order number etc.  Since then - nada! I would like to find out what is happening but have no idea how to access order tracking without these details. Coincidentally, my EE page only states that I am not currently entitled to an upgrade, but still shows my old contract details with no sign of me having upgraded. Getting a little annoyed as was led to believe I'd receive the phone immediately! :((

If you're unable to track your order online, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team.

 

They will be able to access your account and give you an update.
