Ordered two new upgrades today but not received any confirmation email or message

 

is this normal?

Have you checked your junk/spam folders? 

 

Depending on when you ordered, then your order maybe waiting processing.

Have you managed to check your other folders for an email?

 

If you still have no confirmation, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team who will be able to check the status of your upgrades.
