No order delivery date

As per the title... 

 

I added an additional line to my current contract. Chose a phone that was listed as in stock and picked my tarrif. I received an email confirmation of the order which stated 1 day dispatch, yet a week later I have not received any further communication, no phone and no way to chase up the order as the order number doesn't work on the tracker. It just says 'sorry we cannot update you'.

Welcome to the community.

 

If your order number is not working in our online order tracker, I'd recommend giving our Customer Care team a call.

 

They will be able to access your account and give you an update.
