Hi - I placed an order yesterday morning and received an email to say the order had been received and to look out for a delivery text but not received anything since.

Hi - I have the same issue. Placed order yesterday morning, received email to say to look out for a delivery text but nothing since. I have checked the online tracker and it's saying no update can be given. I've also checked my bank account and no money seems to have been taken.
Interested to understand what's happening.

Hi - I placed an upgrade order online yesterday. Received the email to say it had been received and to look out for a text Re. delivery but haven't received anything since. I've also checked my bank account and no money for the upgrade has been taken as yet - Please can you confirm if my order has been received and being processed. My order number is: xkoxxxxxxxxx. The online tracker says it can't be updated at the moment. Thanks!
