I ordered my upgrade yesterday and have not received a confirmation email for this, neither in my normal inbox or junk inbox.
There's also no mention of this upgrade on my EE, however it does show the early upgrade payment I made but doesn't show what it's for.
When I go onto upgrades on the website it says I cannot upgrade anymore, but it still shows that I have my old phone (pixel 3).
The phone I ordered which is a Google pixel 5 said that it's usually despatched within 1 day, so I'm just worried it has not gone through and would like to know when it will be delivered as my old phone has broken now, so really need to know if the order has gone through, as money's been taken etc but cannot find any information on it anywhere.

I would advise ringing up customer service on 150 and enquiry with them, as unfortunately we have no customer account access on here. They should be able to tell you if everything has gone through ok 🙂
