No order confirmation

I ordered yesterday and paid my upfront cost etc and a security deposit. I did it all over the phone, and was told it would be delivered today. But I have received no confirmation emails or anything??

Did you pay for a Saturday delivery or a standard Monday to Friday delivery slot?
