Hi can anyone help just switched from bt and ported my number over but can't get mobile data .
I have tried resetting network settings even did factory reset on 2 day old phone to no avail

Hi, I have this exact problem. My phone is a Samsung s8 tho. The issue is now sitting with the complex team and apparently yhe port did not go through properly and it can be fixed.
