No mobile data after porting number from bt samsung s21+

Hi can anyone help just switched from bt and ported my number over but can't get mobile data .

I have tried resetting network settings even did factory reset on 2 day old phone to no avail

@Whitmiester   You need to change the APN settings on the device. Please read THIS 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Followed instructions in the link but still no mobile data

If you go to Settings > General > About, does it pop up with a carrier update?

No

Been on to ee today they reckon it's a problem they've had since 31st march an d that they are working on it

No apparently it's the whole network

I'm not aware of any network wide data issues. Did they say it was related to your number port?

No they said it was with new contracts since March 31st
