i ordered a SIM card for my I pad tried to activate it but without success. Wanted to get some help from EE but no live chat as apparently they have stopped using this.
as I am deaf and rely on live chat or txt to communicate with phone or I pad I find this is a pain the last 15 months have been very difficult for me as this seams to be the case with most companies. EE and others should think about those of us who can’t make voice calls if my I phone wasn’t locked to EE I would have gone elsewhere.

Are you on contract or pay as you go?
If on contract, then live chat is available, just log-in to your account and when someone is available, you will be able to do so, this is not available for pay as you go.
