No info received on my switch

Applied a switch from Three to EE weeks ago. SIM card and bill received. But no start date info

Did you give us your PAC to switch your number over?

 

If so, when was this?

Hi, PAC provide on 2/6. Chat with EE on the web he said I need to insert the new Sim to activate. It's activated of course but it's a new no. I cancelled the direct debit last night.

I'd recommend getting back in touch with our Customer Care team so they can check the current status of your number port.

 

Cancelling the direct debit won't end the contract, and could affect your credit score as the bills will continue to build up.
