I'm attempting to upgrade to a Pixel 5, however when I go through the upgrade process online and get to the point where I can pick insurance there is no option for the 'full cover' insurance (which I have on my current phone). However if I try to buy the phone new (with the same monthly plan I'm changing to) it does offer the option of full cover. How can I upgrade and get full cover?

If the option is not showing you can complete your order and then give us a call so our customer care team can pass you to our insurance sales team.
