Hi

 

i made an upgrade over the phone the other day but haven’t received an email - I did receive a text with a link but that’s it? With my order number and also was told the phone would take up to 28 days as it’s on back order. 
Is that all I’m supposed to receive? Or should I have an email aswel?

If you did it over the phone and have an order number, the upgrade should have gone through fine. 🙂

 

The courier company will be in touch when it's ready to deliver.
