I'm still waiting to hear about when my new phone is going to be delivered, the last message i got was your order is on it's way. I've also paid a upfront cost for the phone which has been taken out of my account

Hi i've recently ordered a new Samsung S21 Ultra for my upgrade & i've had no updates since the order was confirmed & dispatched,  I've also paid a upfront fee which EE has taken out of my bank account 

 

I'd be grateful if i could get some information as to what's happening & when it will be delivered

You will need to keep checking EE order tracking:

When DPD are ready to deliver your order you will receive a text the day before and on the day with a time slot.

Have you been able to track your order using our online order tracker?

 

If you're unable to track it, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team for an update.

I've been checking & it's just got your order is on it's way you'll receive a SMS from DPD, it's been like this for nearly a couple of weeks 

Hi @Jon_Ki've been looking at the order tracker & it hasn't changed status since I've had the message & I've had no information for a delivery date, i've been getting messages about my new contract but that's all & my bill is due next week still with no new phone

You'll receive a text message with tracking details as soon as stock arrives to fulfil your order. If you'd prefer to switch to a phone that is in stock and available for immediate dispatch, please get in touch on 150.

Thanks for the message but if the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra is out of stock why hasn't EE sent me a message saying that rather than sending a message saying it's been dispatched
