No delivery update

Hi, I ordered a Samsung S20 FE 4G Cloud Red on Sunday, paid for next day delivery, no update other than original confirmation txt, I rang the team yesterday told that it would come today but still no information to track, DO you have any advise please?

I am very sorry to hear this has happened and the device you ordered was out of stock.

 

If you wish to change to a phone that is in stock, please give us another call on 150 our Mobile Care team will help you get this set up.

Have you had a text or email from DPD to let you know they have your order and when this will be delivered?

 

If not, do you have the DPD app to check for any deliveries to your address?

Thanks for your reply, no I have not received anything from DPD, I have the
app but without the parcel number I am unable to track, I've spoken to the
team on the phone, basically sit tight it will come some time today if not
give them another call, dissapointing

Hi,What a fiasco, I waited all day again, contacted DPD to complain to be told they have no record of any parcel, rang the team back again on 150 to be told that I have been misled in my previous calls that the phone is out of stock for at least 14 days, shambles, they cancelled my order and I now have to ring back tomorrow to order a handset that is in stock, the last person I spoke to finally got to the bottom of my query and didn't fob me off the others however shocking to say the least, don't know when I will get a phone now, I think maybe I will go and buy my own phone instead, extremely dissapointed.Sent from my Galaxy
