No delivery info

I went through the upgrade process on Wednesday morning and got a confirmation email but have had no update since

Same with me. No order number but they had a dpd number. Ordered yesterday on 7 day delivery. I activated the dpd app on my phone. Didn't need the tracking number. It showed that my watch is out for delivery this afternoon. This is only on the app. Not any web site!

 

I’ve had nothing else from EE and on the website it says I can still upgrade, if it’s not went through I’d rather go into the shop to sort it out.
