I called and reported my phone broken yesterday and ordered a new one.
I was told it would be here today and I would receive the confirmation and delivery updates to my partner's phone the one I called off. We have received neither.
I can't call to chase this up as we don't have a landline and he is working away from the house.
I also haven't received anything by e mail. Please can someone help?
