No Wi-fi network

I have had my 4gee mini Wi-fi 2020 for a couple of weeks and has been working fine but today the network won’t show on any device have tried resetting and plugging in to pc but still not able to access it any suggestions

Could you check your postcode on our network status checker please? It will let you know if there are any maintenance works in your area.

 

Let us know what it says.

I have checked The status checker and it is not showing any issues

I'd recommend speaking to our technical support team so they can run through some troubleshooting with you and make sure everything is as it should be on our side.

Are you saying that the WiFi network isn't showing on other devices, or that the EE mobile network isn't showing on the 4G device?

The Wi-fi network won’t show on devices

Can you connect if you enter the SSID manually?

I have tried this and it just says unable to connect

What Device say unable to connect, the Device your using ie, phone or the  Router when connected.

Hi @Tom200 ,

 

As you've mentioned the fault has developed within the first few weeks, I would highly recommend you review the returns policy depending on whether you made the purchase in a retail store or online.

 

Retail purchases have a 30 day window for fault returns so you don't want to run down that timer with experimentation. If bought in a store, at some point it would be worth returning for diagnostics. Similarly if bought via another route.
