No Update on Order

I placed an order for the red iPhone 12 (128gb) on Saturday the 6th of November. Yesterday (10th November), I called to do a credit check and confirm my order and was promised next day delivery. It is now almost 9pm and my phone hasn't arrived, nor have I received any tracking information or messages from EE or DPD. I was also told you had to make me a new account for this contract, and I haven't received any information on that either. Help????
