Hello,
I ordered my new device over the phone yesterday evening and have received a confirmation email however I have not received a tracking number of order number to allow me to track the parcel.
I have checked the junk mail as well and nothing.
Any help would be appreciated.

Was your order number not in your confirmation email?
If not, our Customer Care team will be able to access your account and provide you with this.

Good evening
im having the same issue. Placed my order on the website and there was an issue with my address so had to call yesterday (16/12/20) to replace the order. I had an email after with a confirmation saying my device would be delivered today however I didn’t receive a message from dpd with a 1 hour time slot and when I go onto the confirmation email I do not have a order number for me to track it

What have you ordered?
DPD will send you a text when your order is ready to be delivered.
If you don't hear anything by midday, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team again for an update.
