My order hasn’t arrived

Hi iv ordered a upgrade on my tablet on the 17th of November I have been tracking order everyday and it’s still not showing it’s despatched how long does this noarmal take and will it still be coming ? As my phone arrived with in 7 days

Have you had any communication from DPD?

 

Our Customer Care team may be able to give you more of an update than the online tracker.
