I have ordered the Apple Watch Series 6 44mm Aluminium Case and have recieved an order confirmation with an order number (which is 12 characters and i thought they were usually 10?) but have had no further information on when my delivery is due etc.
Is there a delay because of the current situation in the world? how can i check the order has definitely gone through when calling 150 doesn't provide options to check deliveries and the tracker says it can't provide any information?
Any help would be appreciated.

It didn't give me an option- I just added it to my cart and pressed confirm order and then it came up as an email to say it had been ordered

I would recommend giving us a call so our customer care team can chase your order and get this to you as soon as possible.

I would recommend calling 150, as soon as an agent is available they will be with you.

I've just tried calling again and this time I wasn't even able to get through at all. Was just told to ring back tomorrow
