On the 18/11 I ordered an add to plan switch, it said it was in stock and it is still saying that. I did order and process a PS5 the next day which ever ringing etc was processed and I’m apparently expecting that in December.
however I’ve had radio silence about the switch and I have the “your order” email I received immediately after. When I was sorting the ps5 out it was stated one of my lines was full which would have only been the case if the switch was on there.
ive spoken to online chat several times who don’t seem to know what’s going on, with anything really. Trying to get through to digi sales because of the whole ps5 thing is a nightmare.
any ideas?

Hi @Charlotteyyy.
Have you been able to track your order using our online order tracker?
If you can't track it on there, the next best option will be to speak with our Digital Sales team, the lines may be busier than usual at the moment.
