New contract signed up to ( husband's phone) on 28th November. Main reason was the Nintendo switch promo and was going to gift to daughter for Christmas. Was not sent and still not been sent. Why the delay. Been a customer for years ( previously Orange) and dismayed that this smacks of incentives that don't materialise to secure long term contracts.
