I have a 4GEE hub that I recently bought and internet has been somewhat variable, but otherwise working. However, when I try to use Nintendo online for multiplayer games, I get a network connection error 2618-0516. Can I solve this issue for the 4GEE router? Or do I have to change services?

Hi @beredos
Thanks for coming to the community.
Has this worked previously for you?
Also, have you reported this error message to our Tech Gurus?
Speak soon.
Leanne.

Hi @Leanne_T
Thanks for the quick response. I have no problems for games that don't use the Nintendo online service (which requires a payed subscription that I am wasting :/). I can also confirm that Nintendo online did work for my BT service in my previous residence, so it is a new problem as of changing to EE's 4GEE. Having made some online research, it also seems to be a problem other people are facing with this particular service. I will try the Gurus, its my first time with problems so I wasn't aware of the service. If you have any other suggestions, I will appreciate them.
Regards,
Beredos

Hi @Leanne_T
I'm afraid I have been unable to get in touch with the tech gurus. There is no chat support for the broadband service, and two of the call services just don't work at all. The only one that does pick up asks me to input a number on my phone, but when I do it seems its not receiving the input, because it just repeats the options again. Any suggestions?

Hi @beredos.
Are you putting in the number of the 4GEE device?
You will need to contact our mobile team, not broadband, as the mobile team deal with 4G.
