Nintendo Switch 2020

I still haven't had a confirmation email about the Nintendo Switch I was supposed to be getting as part of my package. I was told it would be 2 weeks till I got a confirmation email and it's been nearly 3. Has anyone else had this problem? Should I phone EE?

Best phone EE and check although it's normally just posted out 14-28 days after your initial 14 day cooling off. The SMS is to tell you when it's to be delivered by DPD.

 

You can call EE CS on 150 and check.

I am waiting for my one as well. I got text Monday saying being processed but other then that nothing.

I got my text Tuesday telling me dpd would be in touch about delivery so I called up support today about it and the text is from an automated source that's gets sent out after a certain number of days even if the switch hasn't been sent to dpd 

Thanks for the reply, I gave them a ring, but they couldn't really give me any more information that what you've just given me. I hadn't had a text or email or heard anything, so I was just worrying. It'll come one way or another I just have to be patient and wait

Normally the first text you get should be the terms and conditions that is usually sent withing 5 to 7 days from your order besides that they don't really give you any other confirmation but I was told they are working through a backlog of orders especially with the ps5 release so hopefully its just a slight delayed
