You've ordered a mobile BB router on a contract. I think. Is that what you want? You need 1 to have mobile BB at home.
There is no mention of a monthly cost for your data plan. I think it should be £20 pm.

Why do you think that you've ordered the wrong thing?

Sorry, but I'm non the wiser 🙈, If I'm right in thinking...I wont be able to get wireless broadband with just this alone...is that right? Am I understanding that I'll also need a sim then?
My current provider supplied me with a hub that just plugs into the mains and conected to fibre by way of a cable they fitted. I 'assumed" that what I've ordered would do the same 🤔. I don't understand any of this sort of thing 🤪😂

What you had before was fixed Home BB over a landline. This will do much the same job but over the EE mobile network.
This mobile router connects to your devices by WiFi as its name implies. It comes with a SIM so it can connect to the EE mobile network.

Ahhh lol, so I "have" ordered the right thing 🤔. It's just witj you saying that you could'nt see a data plan with it, thats why I thought I had ordered the wrong thing 😉. I have a contract phone with another company 🙊, but connect it wireless when I'm hòme. This that I've ordered, is going to be for emails, surfing etc on my mac/ipad and watching tv on my android box....so this will do that then...so sorry if I came across wrong, just I have a really difficult time with things like this...it just all goes over my head 🤯 😂

I meant that I couldn't see a data plan in the part of your order that you posted. As it's a contract it must have a data plan.
