New sim same number

Hi, how do I obtain a new SIM card and keep the same number to allow me to change my mothers phone to iPhone. She currently has the old large SIM card in an old samsung flip phone.

@Cormack   You need to request a replacement SIM card.  You can use THIS 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

@Cormack : Order a replacement SIM online at Order a replacement SIM for £1.50 or phone CS for one. It will come as a Combi-SIM with all 3 sizes as push-outs.
