Hello,
I had ordered a new three in one sim card and had confirmation that it would be delivered within two days, however today I have received a text saying
'Thank you for requesting a new SIM. Unfortunately there has been a problem with the information you provided. Please call us on 150 from your EE device so that we can help. Thanks.'
Tried a few times phoning but seem to go round and round in circles, as the text does not state which department I need to speak to.
Any help would be appreciated.

If you call freephone 0800 956 3146 it will put you straight through to a tech advisor.
