New phone delivered faulty

Afternoon all, finally for my phone upgraded and delivered this afternoon. However after getting it out the box and turning on it appears the sim tray is missing?!!! I’ve been on the phone since 2pm this afternoon and keep getting either hung up on or just on hold (current time 43 mins) I know how busy they are so I was wondering if anyone else could point me in the right  direction?
