Hi All I've just taken out a new contract which came with the xbox one S digital version does anybody know if the account holder needs to be here for when the xbox is attempted to be delivered?

If a family member at your address has a valid form of ID and the same surname as you, they’ll be able to sign for your order 🙂

Hi Leanne thanks for your reply, my mum's last name is Clack as is my stepdads and I'm a Baker! Would that still be okay? As I'm due to work from 9 till 6

Hi @Tyler39.

When you get a text with your one-hour time slot you will be able to use the link in the text to change the delivery time to a more convenient time if you wish.
