New phone - Unable to get through to customer service

Hi I just completed an upgrade for new IPhone 11 and it has asked me to call customer service to finalise details. I’ve been trying for hours and can’t get through, and phone was meant to be delivered tomorrow. Will this delivery still go ahead tomorrow? I desperately need it!

I am sorry to hear you have been unable to contact us, you will need to speak to the team to get this looked into and make sure the device is dispatched.
