Hi,

 

I recently (25th June) ordered a samsung galaxy active2 watch stainless steel  in black as an additional line and was given a confirmation email with tracking number. 

I've not heard anything further and my tracking details don't seem to work on the website. Is there any way to check if my order has actually been confirmed at your end or if there is an issue?

@TheLastofEld  unfortunately what you ask cannot be done via this public forum you will need to call customer services about this

I have tried a couple of times to get through but obviously with everything going on and reduced staffing I couldn't get through. 

I will try again a little later and see if I have any success.
