New galaxy watch but doesnt hold charge

Got a new Samsung galaxy watch last month from ee but its not holding charge at all, what do I do ?

How long is the battery lasting?

 

What have you got turned on, on the device? 

 

When Samsung advertised how long a battery can last its with the only watch mode on so their adverts are not accurate.
