Hi,
Just wondering if someone can help me.
I ordered a new phone on the 7th January 2021, this was an early upgrade.
The phone ordered is a Samsung Galaxy Note20 Ultra 5G in the colour Bronze.
It stated on EE website it was in stock and would be dispatched within 24 hours.
I have a confirmation order email but am still yet to receive any updates from EE or DPD.
Also, I am unable to track my order number [mod edit: please do not post personal information such as phone numbers or track numbers on the public board. Thanks!]
I have tried to get through to the call centre and using online chats but given the circumstances (covid) I cannot get through as lines are so busy.

Hi @abbeyk_97
When your order is due for delivery you will receive a text from DPD.
As for tracking your order on EE, then try again Sunday after 9am, if it still doesn't work then you will need to speak to EE CS on 150.
