Hello there.
I have just left Vodafone for EE and have a PAC code ready to use.
My new phone is the Samsung S20+ and my old/current phone is the Samsung S9+.
My question is; do I transfer everything from my S9+ to the S20+ and then send the PAC Code to EE?
Or should I do it the other way round?
And is Smartswitch the best and simplest way to transfer all my numbers, apps and photo's etc?
I'm not the best with technology so appreciate your help.
Thanks
Sean

@Appleton70 : You may use the PAC at any time. All it does is change the mobile no. of the new phone.
Samsung Smart Switch should do the job.

@XRaySpeX thank you so much for your quick response, much appreciated.
Do I assume that when I've copied everything over, all my contacts and apps etc actually exist on both devices?
Thanks again
