Bought new EE PAYG 4G Multi SIM with £20 Pack. Paid £20 by credit card. SIM arrived today but when I insert into phone credit is £0.00. I text BALANCE to 150 and get £0.00. No mention of Flex plan. Tried to call for support but can't because of no credit - really well thought out.

Call CS using landline and they have now sorted this out. Now have my pack enabled. Not sure what went wrong but now all OK. Thanks for your help.

Looks like you've paid but got no pack back. You would need to top-up to phone CS to correct it. Or you can wait 24 hours & see if the pack appears.
