Never got my data boost

I also never got my 5GB data boost on my ee mobile when I took out ee fibre broadband on 28/06/2020. I got in touch 3 months ago and they promised to add it on but still not got it added on

Yes. I have been with ee mobile for years. I was told I would get a 5GB boost in the shop and it's on the contract I have in front of me when I took out broadband with them . I rang them months later to ask where it was and they said they would get it sorted and it still has not happened .
