Netflix as a smart add on is not visible in my ee account app.

Problems setting up Netflix as your add on option, on a new Smart unlimited contract.

No options given in " My EE", no text notifications, no prompt of any links.

I believe there are issues with Netflix add on, so an EE agent said to me today.

Maybe resolved in the next 48 hours.

I've had the same problem. I got the text after I upgraded to get Netflix but no other links were available and still nearly a week on and many conversations with ee customer services even Netflix the issue still hasn't been resolved. Not a happy bunny. As I was also told to just log into Netflix with the same email as my EE and renew my subscription and it would work but it didn't and I have now paid for a month of Netflix. 🤬
