Hi, I placed an order on 19.11.2020 for an upgrade. I received an email to say my order was being processed but have received nothing since.
I have tried tracking the delivery using the order number in the confirmation email but get a message saying
Sorry, we can't show your order details right now.
Don't worry, we'll keep you updated on the progress of your order by text or email. Keep an eye out for these updates from EE or from our courier DPD.
I would like to know when I receive the order

If you received that message when using the tracker, then you can call EE CS on 150 for an update on your order.
If this is an iPhone 12 order then there are delays untill Apple can make and ship more handsets.

What colour band?
The only watch which is currently not in stock is the Watch SE 44mm Grey Case + Black Band.
This is however available to order and to expect dispatch within 14 days.
