NHS discount not working

EE discount code not working. I have tried throught the online chat and the worker stated the codes aren't working - I generated 5 codes all with an expiry date of 2027.

I have today gone through an upgrade so don't understand why the discount hasn't worked.

Have you already upgraded? You can only add your discount code at the checkout when you upgrade, you can't add it later.
