I’ve switched the device on and off several times, I’ve also reset the device and nothing works. This is the second device that this has happened to, not good at all.

Are you able to connect to it by WiFi or wired to see what might be wrong?

Do we have any problems showing for your area on the Coverage and Network Status Checker? If you enter the postcode and select 'Check Network'
