Lost signal on esim

Hi I lost any signal on my esim, phone’s only working when I’m on any wi-fi. It doesnt have any reception or internet. How can I fix it please?

@MartaT There could be a network issue in your area use THIS and click the status tab.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Are you able to manual select another network to see if this connects?

 

Did you active roaming before leaving the UK?
