product not working

hi i have a little white mobile broadband box but its not working any suggestions

@razzza : In what way is it not working? What lights show?

 

Have you looked in its GUI at http://192.168.1.1 to see its connection status?

no internet is being sent 

and all the lights are on all the time 

tried pressing reset and it does nothing

Welcome to the community. 

 

Is the WiFi device using a pay as you go or pay monthly SIM card? 

 

Do we have any problems showing for your area on the Coverage and Network Status Checker? If you enter the postcode and select 'Check Network'
