My upgrade

Hi so I tried go upgrade my phone and it didn’t go though right, so I went onto the live chat i though I sorted it and got my phone re upgraded, however I can’t see it find any sort off email to confirm my order or my phone now been delivered and also I play an upfront cost

@Adam128  try looking in your spam folder,  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
I have been looking this was 2 days ago and I haven’t heard anything about my new upgrade

Thanks for upgrading with us, I am sorry your first order was not right. 

 

If you have nothing in your Spam/Junk folder I would recommend either using our chat service or ringing customer care to ensure your upgrade is being processed and to check the email we have for you is correct.
